You know you are winning when they have to falsely accuse you of a crime

While Joe Biden is decimating our economy and eroding our southern border, the fight for the rightful governor of the state of Arizona continues. The more time passes, the more it is obvious that the corrupt McCain machine, though its patriarch has gone to meet his Maker, carries on. Gov. Kari Lake (R-AZ) is not quitting the fight for the people of Arizona. For her troubles, the McCain machine is looking into pressing charges against Gov. Lake for daring to question their usurpation.

On November 8, 2022, we witnessed how this macabre cadre of corrupt bureaucrats stole yet another election in order to install additional corrupt and highly incompetent politicians into power. We are supposed to pretend we did not witness tabulators spitting out ballots, and so only in Republican areas. We are supposed to ignore the myriad of first-hand accounts of long wait times in multiple locations, traveling from one voting center to the next, only to find the lines just as long there. We are supposed to “protect our democracy” and not question election results (more on this later). There is not a doubt in my mind that if this bullsh*t had happened in a largely democrat area, or worse, in a largely non-white area, that there would be calls for investigations and trials, and rightfully so.

Gov. Lake sued the state of Arizona in order to have the results annulled, and either hand her the victory, or order a new election be held. Yeah, Arizona is kind of quirky that way: if the courts find that enough shenanigans, intentional or otherwise, occurred, the courts can declare the winner to be the person affected by the corruption (usually the person who “lost”), rather than holding another election. Alas, the judge who originally took up the case set a bar unreasonably high for this kind of case, and found in favor for the state, thus upholding the illegitimate results of the election.

All the corrupt members of the club who benefited from this travesty have been sworn in, and are already abusing the power they have usurped. The Arizona Senate, which is controlled by “Republicans”, held yet another committee hearing about election integrity in the state. They heard from witnesses and saw evidence of real problems with Arizona’s election process. One of these issues is signature verification of the ballots, or lack thereof. Because this was a public hearing, any and all documents presented are now a matter of public record. This includes an image, shared by Gov. Lake on Twitter, of redacted voter registration information juxtaposed with the respective supposed voter’s supposed ballot (redacted as well), showing that the signatures are nowhere close to matching. I say “supposed” because it is highly suspect if the ballot was cast by the same person who registered to vote.

Because Gov. Lake continues to challenge the corruption in Arizona, and is effectively showing the rest of America just how rotten our government has become, they have now turned their guns on her and have fired a “warning shot.” From the Gateway Pundit:

Questionably elected Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes, a former lawyer for Mexican drug cartels, sent out a new letter on Monday, asking questionably elected Attorney General Kris Mayes to “investigate and take appropriate enforcement action against Kari Lake” for sounding the alarm about the stolen 2022 Election.

I say it is a warning shot because I am sure if she were to just sit down and shut up like a good little girl, they would not be going after her. Here are images of the letter sent between these two corrupt usurpers.

Gov. Lake, it seems, does not scare off so easily. After the first court case was ridiculously setup for failure, Gov. Lake and her team proceeded to file an appeal. The corrupt regime hoped to have the appeal denied, but thankfully the courts have set a date, February 1, for the case to be heard. Gov. Lake will use the image she shared, and all other evidence of election malfeasance made public in the State Senate hearing, to prove that the election must be overturned. I will admit, I do not hold much hope that the Appeals Court will do anything. Time and again these cowards in black robes have proven that they care more about being invited to cocktail parties than in preserving our Republic.

Of course Hobbs, Fontes, and Mayes do not want to give up the seats they cheated for so hard to obtain. Which is why Fontes sent that letter to Mayes: they want to scare Gov. Lake into submission, and paint her as a common criminal. That is what authoritarian regimes do: they usurp power, then abuse it to jail and persecute those who oppose them. This kind of behavior is anathema to everything a free Republic stands for. There is only one problem: the very law Fontes quotes actually authorizes Gov. Lake—and everyone else for, that matter—to post the images anywhere she damn well pleases, since it is being done while doing “reportorial work.” Here is the portion of the statute in question:

F. Any person in possession of a precinct register or list, in whole or part, or any reproduction of a precinct register or list, shall not permit the register or list to be used, bought, sold or otherwise transferred for any purpose except for uses otherwise authorized by this section. A person in possession of information derived from voter registration forms or precinct registers shall not distribute, post or otherwise provide access to any portion of that information through the internet except as authorized by subsection I of this section. Nothing in this section shall preclude public inspection of voter registration records at the office of the county recorder for the purposes prescribed by this section, except that the month and day of birth date, the social security number or any portion thereof, the driver license number or nonoperating identification license number, the Indian census number, the father’s name or mother’s maiden name, the state or country of birth and the records containing a voter’s signature and a voter’s e-mail address shall not be accessible or reproduced by any person other than the voter, by an authorized government official in the scope of the official’s duties, for any purpose by an entity designated by the secretary of state as a voter registration agency pursuant to the national voter registration act of 1993 (P.L. 103-31; 107 Stat. 77), for signature verification on petitions and candidate filings, for election purposes and for news gathering purposes by a person engaged in newspaper, radio, television or reportorial work, or connected with or employed by a newspaper, radio or television station or pursuant to a court order. Notwithstanding any other law, a voter’s e-mail address may not be released for any purpose. A person who violates this subsection or subsection E of this section is guilty of a class 6 felony.

Arizona Revised Statute § 16-168(f)

Gov. Lake, when she posted that image, was engaged in reportorial work, as she was reporting on what the very public State Senate hearing had revealed: Nearly 40,000 ballots had not gone through proper signature verification procedures. The documents in question were redacted according to the statute as well. I believe it is therefore fitting to invite Adrian Fontes and his team of corrupt gangsters to suck it!

For those who whine and complain that questioning elections is a threat to “American democracy,” I will also invite you to suck it. We cannot threaten something that does not exist, and that never existed. The Constitution of the United States is perfectly clear in Article IV Section IV: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government.” Therefore, any talk of “protecting democracy” goes against the Constitution. Any government official engaged in “protecting democracy” is betraying his/her oath, doubly so when pushing agendas that put our Republic at risk. Ignoring the very real issues with our election processes poses a very real threat to our Republic, because the individuals installed into the positions of power they claim to have been “elected” to have stolen power away from We The People.

Case in point: Joe Biden. Do you really, truly believe that 81 million people voted for higher gas prices, inflation, wars, deadly drug surges, uncontrolled borders, food shortages, lawlessness, public defecation, human trafficking, sexualization of children, normalization of pedophilia, the loss of womanhood, and the utter corrupt embarrassment that is Joe Biden? No way! Joe was installed, not elected; and so were Hobbs, Fontes, and Mayes.

The ghost of John McCain will continue to haunt Arizona, but only if Arizonans sit back and let it happen. Gov. Lake continues to fight for what is right, and she should not be left standing alone. Fight like hell!
